Cancellation, Late Arrival & Rebooking Policy

At The Essential Element, we are committed to providing excellent service to our clients. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may necessitate changes to appointments. This Cancellation, Late Arrival and Rebooking Policy outlines our procedures for managing appointment changes, cancellations.

Appointment Changes:

Rebooking: If you need to reschedule or change your appointment, please contact us at least 12 hours prior to its start time. We will make every effort to accommodate your request, subject to availability.

Late Arrival:   Please arrive no later than 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. We understand that delays can happen. If you arrive late for your appointment, Late arrivals may result in a shortened or forfeited appointment, as we cannot adversely affect other guests (and you will be charged for the full session). If you are more than 10 minutes late, we will have to reschedule your session. We will not shorten your session or delay the next one. If you are 5 minutes late and you have not called us to let us know, we reserve the right to give your session to walk-in clients.  Time is of the essence, and our bookings are managed on a timely manner to respect your time, so please understand that late arrivals will need to be handled in accordance with policy.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation Notice: If you need to cancel your appointment, we require at least 12 hours' notice. This allows us to offer your appointment slot to another client. We have a 12-hour cancellation policy.

Cancellation Fee: Should you need to cancel your appointment less than 12 hours prior to its start time, a fee of 50% of the full price of service will be charged to you. “No call, no shows” will be charged 100% of the services scheduled.  If you are coming in with a credit and or gift certificate for services, the credit and/or gift certificate will be marked as used. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment.
